I was really disappointed with the cleanliness during my stay. When I checked in, I found that the soap in the washroom had not been changed after the previous guest – this is unacceptable for hygiene standards. Also, I tried several times to contact the property before check-in using the number provided, but was unable to reach anyone. It's frustrating not to be able to connect when you need help the most. The property itself was good, but the service definitely needs improvement.

Phone was not working well in the room, and I have to ask for things several times and wait long to get them..Other than that hotel is fine..Their bus stop next to Haram is very confusing as we had to search for and never found so we had to grab a taxi to get back to the hotel after a very long walk

My one king bed room has been upgraded to suite wirhout any additional charges. When we talk about suite, of course everything inside the room will be better than the normal deluxe room. But the most lovely part I cherished a lot is the view which direct to Masjidil Haram. The best part is that there is a direct speaker to the room from Masjidil Haram which you can follow for prayer. Furthermore, there is a shuttle bus operated 24hours to and from Masjidil Haram. Overall, this hotel is superb...

To avoid this congestion, I recommend contacting the hotel in advance to arrange for early check-in, especially during peak seasons. If you’re an Accor member, the experience is even more seamless and rewarding. Ambiance & Cleanliness: From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, you’re greeted with a signature scent that flows throughout the lobby, corridors, and even into the guestroom — creating a consistent sense of calm and cleanliness. Service & Flexibility: The staff went above and beyond by offering us a late check-out while we waited for our continued stay at Swissotel Al Maqam. This thoughtful gesture truly elevated the experience and showed their commitment to guest comfort. Best moments during Hajj. I am from Tabung Haji Muassasah group. Looking for a newby Al Haram Hotel. This hotel gave us warm welcome and helps us a lot during check in. All u need is complete documents for legal. (HAJJ VISA) the best breakfast spread. I love it, will repeat next time

This was not my first time at Address Jabal Omar, and it certainly won’t be my last! The service remains outstanding, just like the warm welcome and the delicious breakfast. The staff is incredibly attentive, making you feel truly special. One of the best features is the direct access to the Haram via an elevator that takes you to C1, from where it’s just a 3-minute walk. Otherwise, the hotel also offers complimentary shuttle services for added convenience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional hospitality in Makkah!

The location is great and very near to Masjid Haram, but the room is too small, there is no electricity outlet in the toilet, the furniture is too old and not fixed. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed because the receptionist have told me that I could have may money back if I check out before 2:00 pm, the amount was 100SR however, zI did not get my money back and left the hotel .
