Space Design Coffee Shop: Rolling Roasters

Rolling Roasters in Ekamai features a minimalist yet stylish exterior design. Upon entering, you're immediately captivated by the warm lighting and wooden decor. As a coffee enthusiast, I had to try their signature coffee! I ordered their classic Espresso, which had a rich aroma, a smooth texture, and a lingering aftertaste. I also tried the cold brew recommended by the staff—it was incredibly smooth with no bitterness at all. The coffee shop has two levels. The first floor serves as the ordering area and has some seating. After placing your order, you can take the spiral staircase to the second floor, where you can enjoy a more comfortable seating area while overlooking the first floor's layout. What makes this place unique is that it transforms from a coffee shop during the day into a bar at night, offering a completely different vibe depending on when you visit. In addition to coffee and desserts, they also offer some light snacks. We tried the croissant and the bacon omelette roll. The croissant was crispy and fluffy, pairing perfectly with rich butter, while the bacon omelette roll was hearty and juicy, evoking a sense of homey comfort. Overall, the coffee is excellent with plenty of options, the environment is cozy, and the interior design is beautiful—perfect for photos. Highly recommended!
