Peking duck properly enjoyed in Beijing! Crispy and savory taste

#ThailandFlightEvent One of the things I really wanted to do during my trip to Beijing was to ‘eat real Peking duck’. Peking duck eaten locally was much crispier and more juicy than the one I had in Korea. The skin was thin and crispy, and the meat inside was moist and savory. I put cucumber, green onion, and sauce on a thin wheat pancake and wrapped the crispy duck skin in one bite, and the flavor that filled my mouth was truly a work of art. Since I ate it at a high-class restaurant, the service was friendly, and I could see a performance where they cut up a whole duck beautifully. Peking duck cooked in a traditional way was definitely special, and it was a culinary tour that you can only experience in Beijing. The course where they made various dishes with one duck was impressive, and I felt good even after eating my fill. If you go to Beijing, you should definitely try it!
