The two-Michelin-starred restaurant "Shi Wei" offers "Hutong Molecular Cuisine," such as fermented mung bean juice capsules paired with crispy dough foam. The underground gallery "TIAO" regularly hosts Hutong sound art exhibitions, featuring urban memory soundscapes like pigeon whistles and hawkers' calls for candied hawthorns. Guests can participate in the "Hutong Restoration Workshop," handcrafting traditional brick and tile components, which earned the hotel UNESCO's Cultural Heritage Innovation Award.
