The new dessert, Spring Swan 2, as pretty as the pretty space.. This new dessert was so pretty that I went to Twaetmoi for the first time in a long time, but I forgot how pretty it was here... Maybe my taste has changed, but it was so nice to go there after such a long time! The vintage objects and the unique, quiet, and leisurely Parisian sensibility were perfect for healing. The new Rose Swan Valrhona Chocolate Cake had a rich chocolate flavor as much as its visuals. It was emotionally devastating to have to peel off all the petals before eating it, but I was so satisfied. I wish it was a regular menu..
