Healthy Clean Tteokbokki! At Thunderbird.

I visited Thunderbird, a healthy salad restaurant, and decided to try their clean tteokbokki after reading rave reviews about it. 😊 Thunderbird, a popular spot in Apgujeong, uses ingredients that lower the GI index and calories, focusing only on healthy options. They also have a new menu item called 'diet noodles.' I plan to try their curry soba next time! 😄 They also sell their products, and I considered buying some clean tteokbokki to take home. But knowing myself, I’d probably eat it all right away, so I decided not to. 😅 The dish uses brown rice cakes and potato noodles, along with chicken breast balls, shrimp, and eggs to provide a good source of protein. Plus, it’s super clean since they don’t use gochujang or sugar.
