I visited this cafe out of curiosity for their unique menu item called 'Crème Brûlée Bingsu.' To get straight to the point, it was absolutely delicious! The soft and nutty vanilla cream blended perfectly with the ice, offering a sweet yet clean taste. I also tried their signature cream coffee (with oat milk), and it was surprisingly smooth and not overpowering. The harmony of nuttiness and subtle sweetness was very satisfying. Additionally, I tasted the Matcha Basque Cheesecake, which left a strong impression with its rich matcha flavor and creamy texture, paired with a balanced sweetness that wasn't overwhelming.
