The yeast fermentation was very fragrant and the bread was very chewy. I bought cheese soft serve and potato bread. They were freshly baked and delicious. If you don’t know what to choose, there is a white board with today’s recommendations at the door. You can’t go wrong if you follow it! Although it is no longer open, I still recommend buying some bread when you come to Oishi Park and having a picnic by the lake while looking at Mount Fuji.
