Here is the 5th installment of Harajuku's best restaurants. I'll get right to it😉 This is a place that's often posted on social media when it comes to Harajuku restaurants. It's [Kuroudon Yamacho] This place has a great restaurant vibe right from the entrance (go down to the basement and it's on the left!) It opened in 1979 and has been around ever since. It's a place where you can feel a cozy vibe in Harajuku, which has a strong younger generation feel. It's run by an old couple, so the business hours are short. Sometimes they're closed or the old man runs it alone. (Please stay healthy and stay long🥲) The inside of the store is a bar, so it's a bit cramped. It can fit about 20 people. This place is famous for its Kuroudon, or black udon. You can choose between miso and soy sauce for the soup. You can also add various toppings. I liked the soy sauce base with cheese and egg topping!
