[Central French Restaurant] Recommended by the foodie army, with an excellent reputation!

The Foodie Army went to Central to enjoy high-quality French cuisine. The four-member Foodie Army: Bunny, Tummy, Fatty, and Puffy! We all headed out for lunch at a hidden French restaurant in Central. We'd heard about marijuana being a recommendation last time, and it's finally here in 2024! We tried escargot, lobster bisque, duck legs, scallop pasta, and apple pie, and left completely blown away! A highly recommended restaurant! French Baked Escargot A must-try! The snails are a chef's favorite. The thick meat is baked with herbs, garlic, and butter, creating a rich aroma with a smoky, chewy texture. The accompanying mashed potatoes and butter are incredibly flavorful and complement the snails perfectly. Lobster Bisque The distinct orange-red color highlights the richness of the lobster. Every bite is incredibly fresh and sweet. I'd love to try the onion soup next time. Authentic French Duck Legs with Fried Potatoes in Duck Fat The duck legs are pan-fried to a crispy, fragrant finish, revealing the original flavor of the duck even without the sauce. The tender duck meat, with a subtle duck aroma, complements the leg perfectly. The potatoes are also incredibly fragrant with the duck fat. Japanese Fresh Scallop Spaghetti with Lemon Juice and Extra Virgin Olive Oil Four large scallops are tender and juicy, and the combination of lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil creates a refreshing and layered experience. Each bite of fresh scallops and refreshing pasta is a perfect match! Apple Pie with Ice Cream This French-style apple pie boasts a crispy exterior and soft, ripe apple slices within.
