Tai Kwun Spanish Bistro 🇪🇸

I recently went to a Western restaurant in Tai Kwun for dinner. Once inside, the bar table was arranged so that you could watch the chef set the dishes. We tried a few snacks and main courses and overall felt pretty good. First tried the black-haired pork ham balls $26/pcs. Then tried the spicy sausage potato omelet with small sausage $ 108, this omelet portion is quite large, smooth mashed potatoes, spicy sausage, with small sausage, rich flavor, is a quite filling option. For the main course, I ordered the ribeye steak with green pepper sauce and fried onions (6 ounces) $198🥩🧅. The ribeye steak is fried just right, I ordered medium rare, the meat is tender, not too tough, the green pepper sauce is rich in flavor, will not rob the meat flavor, the fried onions are crispy, great with ribeye steak! Finally, I ordered the grilled corn🌽$68.
