A Great Spot for Dragon Boat Festival With the Dragon Boat Festival approaching, I decided to take my sister-in-law out for a celebration. Having tried their Tuen Mun branch before and loved their crab roe noodles, I wanted to relive the experience today. Appetizers: Jiangnan Trio Platter $98 Like a surprise egg, this dish satisfies three cravings at once: - Crystal Pork Jelly: Translucent and chilled, even better when dipped in vinegar. - Jiangnan Spare Ribs: Sweet and tangy, very appetizing and flavorful. - Three Delights Kao Fu: Slightly sweet braised wheat gluten soaked in sauce, paired with black fungus and bamboo shoots for a rich texture. Dim Sum: Shanghai Soup Dumplings $45/4 pieces Thin-skinned and juicy, with a rich and flavorful broth. Be careful when eating these! Pan-Fried Dumplings $45/3 pieces Crispy bottoms with juicy meat filling inside. Crab Roe Stir-Fried Rice Cakes $138 Golden and visually appealing, loaded with crab roe that’s easy to spot. The dish is incredibly fresh, with a strong crab roe flavor that lingers. The rice cakes are chewy and delightful. Highly recommended! 😍 Brown Sugar Glutinous Rice Cakes $48/4 pieces Soft on the outside with a burst of juice inside. The sweetness of the brown sugar is just right. Always a favorite! Even though I had to wait for a table after work, the place was quite packed 😆. However, their crab roe dishes are definitely worth the hype!
