The waves are just right for beginners, and the instructors are kind and not intimidating at all 🫶. Shek O feels like a hidden gem — it’s got this boho surfer girl energy with colorful houses, palm trees, and a laid-back beach town vibe 🏖️🌺. There’s even a little Thai restaurant near the beach where I had iced coconut water and spicy noodles after surfing. Plus, the beach itself is super photogenic — soft sand, pretty rocks, and golden light at sunset. Whether you’re surfing, tanning, or just being a sea babe, Shek O is a vibe.
