The best choice for birthday celebrations - a top-notch French restaurant in Causeway Bay

On my brother's birthday, as always, we celebrated at a French restaurant in Causeway Bay. I love this restaurant because the presentation of all the dishes is exquisite and refined, and the ingredients are all fresh and high-quality. But the desserts are the most impressive; they never disappoint. Appetizers 🌟Vinegar-Pickled Bamboo Shoots This dish is quite unique. At first glance at the menu, I wouldn't have guessed it was deep-fried, but it was incredibly crispy and layered, yet not too greasy. The peach sorbet was refreshing and smooth. 🌟Charcoal-Grilled Red Tuna I love the texture of grilled tuna, and the combination of passion fruit and avocado elevates the flavor. Adding beautiful pansy flowers makes it a feast for the eyes and a real treat. 🌟Fresh Mussels I thought they were just ordinary mussels, but the confit garlic mayonnaise captivated me. The butter potatoes were incredibly smooth and flavorful.
