The interior was clean. There was a tachi stone and about 6-7 tables. I came around 7pm on a weekday and there were about 4 groups. Doha A set came out first. It came with the basic ingredients like tuna, salmon, shrimp, and flounder. I thought the sushi rice was well-seasoned, but when I looked, I saw that the rice had a slightly brownish color. When I looked up the store information, I found that they make the sushi rice right in the store by mixing in red vinegar. The sushi consists of spicy salmon, spicy scallop, egg mayo, tuna yukhoe, squid and flying fish roe mayo, shrimp mayo, sora mayo, freshwater eel, raw shrimp salt sauce, and Korean beef salt. The smell of fire wafted and the seasoning sauce on top of the sushi was sweet and savory. As expected from a signature menu, the quality was really good. While I was eating deliciously, the staff gave me fried tofu udon as a service!? I was full because I ordered a lot, but the udon looked so delicious that I ate it right away. ㅎㅎ It was so full of fried tofu and the ingredients were generous that I couldn't believe it was a service.
