Enter the dragon's mouth, exit the tiger's mouth...bad luck turns into good luck.

#TaiwanTravel From Confucius Temple, walk a little further and you will reach the Dragon and Tiger Pagoda. It is clearly visible from afar. It is located in the Lotus Lake area (nearby is Zhouzhai Wetland Park). This lake area is an important landmark that tourists must visit when they come to Kaohsiung. Taiwanese people believe that walking into the dragon's mouth and out of the tiger's mouth will change bad luck into good. Along the way into the dragon's mouth and out of the tiger's mouth, there are sculptures of hell and heaven. Inside the pagoda, there is a spiral staircase. I went up and down to see the view and take pictures of the beauty of the lake in 360 degrees. This pair of Dragon and Tiger Pagodas were built as a memorial to the god Guan Yu. They are a symbol of loyalty. Therefore, I saw a large statue of the god Guan Yu standing tall for people to worship. I spent half a day because I was busy looking at different corners of the lake. It was almost dark and I still hadn't finished walking around.
