#summervacay 🍲 Hot pot in a hotel? Yes, you heard me right! I just indulged myself in the Jom Makan-Makan Hot Pot Buffet at Melting Pot Café, Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur and it was such a satisfying experience – perfect for hot pot lovers looking for a midweek treat. Available only on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6.00pm to 10.00pm. I chose the Signature Curry (highly recommended) and Clear Chicken soup – super flavourful and comforting. They serve a good variety: Australian beef brisket, NZ lamb slices, seabass, tiger prawns, clams, and loads of fresh veggies, mushrooms, tofu, noodles… the spread was impressive. There’s even a tempura corner and some fried favourites like mee mamak and chicken karaage. The teppanyaki station – freshly grilled lamb shoulder and chicken with buttery sauces, served hot off the grill. And the dessert section didn’t disappoint – I DIY-ed my own waffle, tried the Japanese citrus cheesecake and ended it with longan luo han guo dessert, bubur chacha and ice cream. 📍Address: The Melting Pot, Concorde Hotel KL
