Fangchengdi Fortress, an anti-piracy stronghold predating Jinxiang Guard City

While collecting keys for an abandoned Evergrande property, I detoured to Pacao (now under Longgang City's jurisdiction). The fishing port was quiet during the moratorium, and my old friends with Pacao roots were away. Locals told me about Fangchengdi - an ancient fortress built here earlier than Jinxiang Guard City during coastal anti-piracy campaigns. Explored the ruins, anti-piracy murals, and cultural hall on a leisurely walk.
