Personal Experience of the Star Buffet Restaurant Dinner

I previously visited the Star Buffet Restaurant at Studio City to try their dinner buffet. The venue is spacious and bustling with people. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, such as steamed lobster, steamed abalone, abalone seafood congee, and more. Among the wide selection, most of the dishes were quite flavorful, and I would particularly recommend the abalone seafood congee and steamed abalone. Firstly, I highly recommend the abalone seafood congee because the abalone is tender and chewy, the congee base is smooth, and the fish and shrimp add a fresh taste—it's absolutely delicious. The steamed abalone is also tender, chewy, and packed with flavor, making it another must-try dish. Although most of the food at this hotel restaurant was tasty, the steamed lobster could use some improvement. Its texture was a bit tough, and the flavor was lacking, making it less enjoyable. Aside from that, the other dishes were quite good. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I hope to have the opportunity to visit this place again for their buffet in the future.
