Tourist season Rainy season (May–September): This is the period when the waterfall flows strongly and wild flowers bloom. Winter season (October–February): The weather is cool and comfortable, suitable for hiking and sightseeing. Summer season (March–May): The weather is quite hot. You should be prepared if you want to visit during this period. Travel Phu Pha Thoep National Park is about 15 kilometers from Mukdahan city. You can travel by car on Highway 2034 Mukdahan-Don Tan. When you reach kilometer 14-15, turn right into the park.
