Novotel Nanjing Xuanwu Suning Hotel is great value for money

Although Novotel Nanjing Xuanwu Suning is a bit far from the city center, the transportation is quite convenient. But it has a relatively quiet and beautiful environment! The hotel lobby and rooms are very spacious and the layout is clean and elegant! The receptionist at the hotel check-in counter was very friendly and responsive! The porters were also very polite and friendly, and refused tips. They are very dedicated to their work! After I checked out and left, I arrived in Shanghai and found that I had left a suit jacket in the hotel closet. I called them and asked them to express it to me. They agreed very politely and I received it the next day. I am very grateful for their service attitude! The hotel’s Chinese restaurant: Zijinxuan, actually has surprising Jiangsu cuisine! The food is exquisite, delicious and affordable; the restaurant layout and decoration, the waiter service attitude are good, dignified and generous! The service throughout the hotel is first class and it is great value for money!
