A brief walk in Pingtan

Pingtan Island is one of the four largest islands in China. I once took a three-hour ride from Taipei Port to get there, but I just passed by. This time I specially stayed for two or three days to have a good time. We rented a small electric scooter and set off under the scorching sun. Our first stop was Longwangtou. It was extremely hot, but of course the sea view was still very beautiful. Many people were playing in the sea, and there was a motorboat towing a large doll. It felt pretty good. The second stop I planned to go to was Xianrenjing, but I ended up riding too far and ended up at Beigang Cultural and Creative Village. Of course, I also took a look there. So I turned back and walked towards Xianrenjing, but time was running out, so I had to immediately ride my electric scooter back to Longwangtou to meet my friend for lunch. After lunch, we headed south again, first to the Haitan Ancient Town, and then to Tannan Bay. It was almost the end of the summer vacation and there were still a lot of people there. Although I heard that Elephant Trunk Bay was not open, I still went there to take a look. But I was sure that it was really closed and I couldn’t get in, so I could only take some pictures of the small beach from a distance. The sun has been so scorching these days that I really couldn’t stand riding a bike, so my trip ended abruptly. I was supposed to continue riding the next day, but something happened so I had to end it early.
