Pioneer Courthouse Square, a beautiful square located in the heart of downtown Portland!

Google Maps says it's a city park, but it's more of a plaza than a park. 📍701 SW 6th Ave, Portland, OR 97204 USA There are food trucks and Starbucks on one side of the plaza, so it's a good place to eat, drink tea, and rest. There's a department store right across the street, so it's good to go and get some air conditioning when it's hot. There are a few homeless people, but there are a lot of people in the plaza and there are police officers, so it's not dangerous. Since it's located downtown, you can use various transportation such as buses and trams to go to other areas.
