D3: Seiru Observatory -> Showa Shinzan Bear Farm -> Noboribetsu Jigokudani -> Otaru Canal -> Shiroi Koibito Park -> Tanukikoji Shopping Street Climb up to the Seiru Observatory to enjoy the beautiful view, visit the Showa Shinzan Bear Farm, experience the unique landforms of Noboribetsu Hell Valley, tour the Otaru Canal, visit Shiroi Koibito Park, and finally go shopping at Tanukikoji Shopping Street.
