Minute PaPillon, found in Apgujeong, a fashionable neighborhood in Seoul, Korea. This is a churros specialty store that is quietly gaining popularity in Seoul. Although it is a small cafe, the interior is stylish with a particular attention to detail and antique style. There are table seats and counter seats. We ordered "Dipped Chocolate & Churros", which is churros dipped in chocolate sauce. The freshly fried crispy churros were crisp on the outside and fluffy and chewy on the inside, and were very delicious. The churros themselves are not too sweet, so they are perfect for dipping in chocolate sauce. Even though this is a cafe that mainly serves churros, there is a waiting line from early in the morning. It is so popular that you must get up early and try the delicious churros!
