Review of Apgujeong Ceramass: Unique Atmosphere but Disappointing Service

Located in Apgujeong, Ceramass is a space known for its stylish interior and unique ambiance. The sleek design of the exterior immediately catches the eye, and the interior is cozy and trendy. During my visit, while I was satisfied with the overall atmosphere and interior design, the staff's service left much to be desired. Their lack of attentiveness made it difficult to enjoy a comfortable shopping experience. Ceramass is worth visiting for its distinctive products and atmosphere, but its service needs improvement.
