🔮 I visited Myeongdong Kalguksu at COEX Mall. I tried the spicy kalguksu, which was flavorful but not overly spicy. The broth was rich and spicy, paired with wide, chewy noodles that absorbed the broth well, offering a satisfying texture. The side dishes included fresh kimchi and pickled radish and onions. The kimchi was clean and tangy, while the pickled radish and fresh kimchi complemented the kalguksu perfectly. You can also ask for more side dishes if needed. 🌳 🍁 The restaurant is spacious, located in an underground food court with good air conditioning. There are plenty of seats available, making it a comfortable spot for solo dining.
