This is Shibuya Sakuragaoka Sakurazaka, which is being lit up until April 9th! It's so beautifully decorated and the lights keep changing, so it was pretty. ⠀ The existing overpass is gone, but you can still take pretty aerial shots of cherry blossoms from the newly built overpass.
