Sibu - Childhood Food

#favouriteitinerary Sibu is a town situated near the Rajang River in Sarawak with majority of Chinese Foochow populations apart from local indigenous tribes. The Chinese daicao here are the common lunch and breakfast for the locals. Among the memorable childhood dishes that we would always order include the chilli pork slice with onion, midin ( a type of fern vegetable) and tofu with minced meat. I miss those dishes everyday.
