[Takachiho, Miyazaki Prefecture] How to enjoy a day trip to Takachiho!

Takachiho Gorge in Miyazaki Prefecture is a must-visit destination! I recently took a day trip to Takachiho, so I'll share my daily schedule with you! We also explored the Takachiho Gorge area on foot🚶 ↓ Travel (15 minutes by car) 11:00 AM ~ Amanoiwato Shrine A truly beautiful, mystical shrine! If you have time, be sure to join a guided tour of Amanoiwato. ↓ Travel (13 minutes by car) 12:20 PM ~ Takachiho Station We took the Amaterasu Railway, which offers spectacular views! ↓Move (5-minute drive) 1:00 PM - 📍Takachiho Shrine Find the couple cedar trees and rare lion statues! The torii gate is also large and magnificent! ↓Move (5-minute drive) 1:30 PM - 📍Takachiho Roadside Station Lunchtime🍽️The chicken nanban was delicious! ↓Move (1-hour drive) 3:00 PM - 📍Tsūjunbashi Bridge On the way back, we were taking the highway from Tsūjunbashi Interchange, so we stopped by here as it was on the way! ↓Move (5-minute drive) 3:30 PM - 📍Tsūjunbashi Bridge This is a new roadside station right in front of Tsūjunbashi Interchange! It's brand new, so it's beautiful! The Takachiho area is packed with things to see! If you start early in the morning, you can enjoy it even on a day trip, so it's a recommended tourist destination!
