Banksia Bakery

Banksia Bakery is a charming local bakery in Sydney that I stumbled upon and instantly fell in love with. The exterior is modest, but once you step inside, you're greeted by the heavenly aroma of butter and freshly baked bread that will make your mouth water. The display shelves are filled with freshly baked pastries, and the croissants and cinnamon rolls, in particular, are absolutely irresistible. I ordered a croissant and a latte, and the croissant was perfectly made—crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The coffee was smooth and rich, pairing wonderfully with the pastry. The atmosphere is cozy and peaceful, making it clear why locals frequent this spot. It's the perfect place for brunch or a relaxing coffee break.
