Another time, when I came back from outside, I found a bouquet of flowers in my room, with a card that said "Welcome back." That feeling of being cared for warmed my heart. Here, I felt like I was back home, being well taken care of. The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin really opened my eyes this time. From the environment to the service, every detail made me feel it was worth it.
