Tokyo 6-Day Trip: Day 5 at Gotokuji Temple, the Cat Shrine

Woke up early at 8 AM and took the JY Yamanote Line to Shinjuku, then transferred to the OH Line. After a short walk through the shopping streets, I arrived at Gotokuji Temple! There were so many people visiting to see the cats 🐱! The cats even came out to greet us 😄... They were so adorable and allowed us to pet them! I got a lucky charm and a beckoning cat figurine for myself... totally worth it! I secretly lined up two or three times to finally get the one I wanted... It’s just so cute! Afterward, I went shopping in Shinjuku. Tomorrow, I’ll be heading home! Looking forward to my next trip.. 💞 Recommended for cat lovers: You definitely have to visit this place!
