Route 66 town of Williams

#TravelWithMe Williams is a post town on Route 66, the starting point of the Grand Canyon Railroad. The distance from the Grand Canyon to Williams is about 97 km, and there is one round trip train to the Grand Canyon per day. A round trip train to the Grand Canyon seems like a fun trip. Williams is a little bigger than Seligman, a post town on the same Route 66 that was the model for Cars. It retains the good old American retro atmosphere, and there are souvenir shops selling lots of Route 66 goods and an American diner. It is located halfway between Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon, so I recommend you visit it for a break. #Las Vegas #Route 66 #Williams
