📍Pa Son Wat Chan, Kalayaniwattana District
A land in the mist or Pang Ung Chiang Mai, you can visit both in the rainy and winter seasons. There are houses in the middle of a pine forest, very romantic, quiet, cold to cool weather. In the morning, take a walk along the dam to watch the mist above the water surface. Especially during the rainy season, the mountains, pine needles, green, look very refreshing.
📍Mae Kampong Village, Mae On District
Another popular tourist destination not far from Chiang Mai. Take a walk and live a slow life in Mae Kampong Village, visit waterfalls, cafes or stay in a homestay. But if you don't like the hustle and bustle, you can stay at Baan Mae Lai.
📍Doi Inthanon, Chom Thong District
The highest point in Siam. You can visit all year round. In the rainy season, the weather is good and humid. When you come to visit, you must not miss watching the sunrise in the morning with a sea of mist. Walk along the Ang Ka nature study trail, check in at the highest point in Siam or stop by the waterfall and pay homage to Phra Mahathat Naphamethanidon - Phra Mahathat Naphaphonphumisiri.
📍Royal Project Khun Pae, Chom Thong District
Another tourist destination worth visiting, not far from Chiang Mai city, but with a very chill atmosphere. There are homestays to stay and eat local food. We stayed at the Tawan Wright Win Cottage, used the tour service to visit the rice terraces and the hydrangea fields during the rainy season, and stopped by the waterfall to see the 360-degree view at Doi Ba Cho Khow. I highly recommend it.
📍Pa Bong Piang, Mae Chaem District
Pa Bong Piang rice terraces are a highlight of Chiang Mai during the rainy season. They only open once a year. You could say that they are like Thailand's Sapa. There are many homestays to choose from. We stayed at Ma Chi Po, which is one of the first homestays in Pa Bong Piang. I would like you to try staying here for a night. There are no activities to do except to relax, enjoy the view, and breathe in the fresh air.
📍Mon Cham, Mon Cham District
If you go to Chiang Mai, Mon Cham is one of the first places that many people think of. Right now, there are many homestays to choose from. In addition to the great atmosphere during the rainy season, the highlight is "Yingyong Flower Garden", a flower field on a hill with a 180-degree view. Or if you want to try the Hmong Forest, you have to come to Mon Cham.
📍Doi Bo Luang Forest Park, Hot District
The accommodation that is very difficult to book because whenever it opens for booking, it is always full. With accommodation in the pine forest It feels like you are traveling abroad. It is very beautiful, the atmosphere is good, and there are many styles to choose from, including wooden houses, camper vans, and tents. The price is not expensive, but the view is worth millions. It is not far from Bo Kaew Pine Forest.
