Zoo Melaka, Best For Family ❤️
Melaka Zoo is fun! Come during the weekend but not on public holidays – it’s not too crowded. There are bird-feeding activities, and the animals are active and healthy. Around 3 hours is enough to explore the whole zoo. It's perfect for the whole family. There’s a paid tram service and a few food stalls available. Support the zoo, support the animals inside.
The best times to visit:
1. Avoid public holidays.
2. Between 12 PM to 3 PM – it’s feeding time for the animals.
The zoo is located in Ayer Keroh, just 10 minutes from the Ayer Keroh toll plaza or about 25 minutes from #visitmelaka Melaka city center. You can get there by private vehicle, Grab, or public transport. Parking is available, but it's paid through the local council's app, Melaka Smart Parking. #zoomelaka
Ticket prices are reasonable and vary based on age and citizenship status. Once inside, if you'd like to feed the animals, there’s an extra charge for the animal food — but it’s quite affordable.
