Vienna dessert recommendations and the unpopular tank museum
There are many famous cafes in Vienna. My husband and I arrived at Cafe Demel at 10am before the store opened. We didn't have to queue and quickly went up to the cafe on the 2nd floor and ordered the most popular pancake and Apple Strudel. I like pancakes more, and they must be paired with plum sauce, which is sour and sweet and has a great taste! Some chefs cooked it on the spot and it was delicious!
🕰️Opening hours: 10am
🏖️Environment/Facilities: There are two floors, with outdoor seating, and the indoor seating is a bit crowded. There are also chocolates, candies, and cakes for souvenirs.
💰Per capita consumption: The overall price is relatively expensive. Two people spent about EU60 for breakfast, including two drinks, a scrambled egg, a croissant, a pancake, and an apple strudel.
Another restaurant is Cafe Sacher. We ordered Sacher Torte, a famous chocolate cake with apricot jam inside. It is sweeter but also delicious.
🏖️Environment/Facilities: The indoor seats are relatively spacious, with some portrait decorations
💞Reason for recommendation: The service is good, there is an elderly uncle serving as a waiter.
💰Average consumption per person: 2 people spent about EUR30, enjoyed afternoon tea, ordered two drinks and a chocolate cake.
We also visited the Military Museum and the Chariot Museum
💞Recommendation reason: The ticket price is very cheap, EUR 3 can enter these two museums, which is more suitable for men to visit. But the war museum building is also beautiful. Also suitable for ladies to check in.
🏖️Environment/Facilities: The location is relatively close to Belvedere Palace, and there is a small park nearby where you can take a walk
During the trip, we saw a performer performing an opera. He was a young man who was earning tuition fees through the performance. #Vienna
