Thursdays to Sundays are free if you enter before 16:00, but after that it costs CA$15, so be careful! When I went there, there was also a SHINE event! Today, this ancient building has become a famous center for arts, culture, and shopping leisure. The old factory area is divided into several sections by a few small streets. In addition to the brewing equipment from that time which is still on display for visitors, the area is full of bars, restaurants, galleries, craft shops, bakeries, etc. Here you can also see various workshops, such as glass workshops, bread workshops, small chocolate factories, and beer workshops. Moreover, there are several galleries, and many craftsmen and painters work on-site in the workshops, displaying and selling their finished products at the front. If you are looking for a Christmas market or bazaar at downtown Toronto, look no further and go to the Distillery or what is called the Winter Village. Some days are FREE some days you need to pay for the entrance (maybe weekends) We went there on a Tuesday so it's FREE. Lots of shops from clothes, souvenirs, food and restaurants and lots of places to get a good selfie and also picture. There is a very big Christmas tree with very beautiful lights.
