🇲🇴A trip to Macau, Portuguese cuisine you can’t miss
#MacauAttractions
I went to Macau for a trip last week. The first thing we had to do after crossing the border was to have lunch, so we found a Portuguese restaurant that many locals frequented. 🍽️
The location of this restaurant is easy to find, it is right on Bunker Street and has convenient transportation. The restaurant's decoration is very Spanish and Portuguese, making people feel warm and comfortable. 🌺
As soon as we entered the door, the enthusiastic waiter came up to greet us. There are many dishes on the menu, 🈶 Spanish and 🈶 Macau cuisine. Of course, we have to try the local dishes when we come to Macau this time~🥰
🔶Roasted pork ribs: This is a very distinctive dish. It uses black pigs imported from Spain. The meat is fat and juicy. After being marinated with a special sauce, it is grilled over charcoal. The skin is charred and the meat exudes a rich aroma. Paired with a glass of red wine, it is simply a delicacy. 👍
🔶Portuguese Paella: Cooked with traditional olive oil, fresh seafood is paired with moist soaked rice. There are also some vegetables and sausages in the rice, which adds a sense of layering and is very chewy. The freshness of the seafood and the aroma of the olive oil are unforgettable. 😋
🔶Crab shell: Use fresh crab meat with white sauce, cheese, cream, onion, and bake it in the crab shell. The milky aroma and the sweetness of the crab meat complement each other. Dip it in the accompanying bread slices and eat it. It has a rich taste that makes people unable to stop. 😘
