Visited Guanyinqiao twice during my Chongqing trip — once on a weekday afternoon, and once at night during a public holiday — and both times, it was absolutely packed with people. No matter the time, this area pulses with energy. It’s clearly a favorite hangout spot for locals, with street performers, buzzing food stalls, and endless shopping options.
