I found the Hiratsuka Museum of Art while walking around Hiratsuka. The spacious grounds are also home to bronze art pieces outside the museum. As soon as you enter the museum, you'll be greeted by the Unicorn. The museum also has a cafe called La Palette, which is open from 11:00 to 17:00. Admission is 200 yen per adult. Opening hours are 9:30 to 17:00. #2024wish About an hour from Tokyo on the train, Hiratsuka lies firmly in commuter-belt territory, a medium-sized town with standard amenities present and correct. I was there one day to see a soccer game at local club Shonan Bellmare, and with some time to spare before kick-off, I decided to visit the nearby Hiratsuka Museum of Art. In 2024, I want to travel to this place again.
