#japanitinerary was very clean, and quite large. The service is friendly and excellent, and the food was amazing both of our nights. The only regret we have is that we didn’t book a third night!Keep in mind that this is more of a forest retreat, so your room/chalet won’t have any view, but the dining room and terrace will have a nice view on clear days,overall is awesome to stay here

All rooms are detached and have an open-air bath, making this a luxurious inn with only 12 rooms. The rooms are spacious, and at night the lanterns are lit, creating a romantic atmosphere. The room was the best of all the KAI inns I've been to so far! I recommend staying here without meals💡 We enjoyed a local cocktail inspired by Aso while learning about the formation of the caldera. A cozy inn [Hoshino Resorts Kai Aso] 12 detached buildings on a 26,000 m2 site✨ The atmosphere of the open-air rooms is nice, and the interior is calm and comfortable❤️ All rooms have an open-air bath♨️ The path from the indoor jet bath to the open-air bath is also good, and you can relax in the smooth simple spring. At breakfast, when I tried to ask for a second serving of glossy clay pot rice, a young lady came running over and quickly served it☺️ The staff's smiles are just amazing😊 The site is large, so it feels good to walk, but you can also move around by cart. The Hoshino Resorts KAI series is the most luxurious of the Hoshino Resorts. But the price is also higher. LOL This one is located in the mountains, the guest rooms are in detached buildings, and are surrounded by greenery. The rooms have an open-air bath and are spacious and luxurious.
