The staff explained it to me, so I was able to do it with confidence even though it was my first time! Just turn the lever and the camellia oil comes out of the hole at the bottom! The hotel doesn't have private baths, but there are indoor and outdoor public baths on the top floor, which are clean and comfortable. We only stayed for one night and went twice, and there weren't many people there, so it was very comfortable and refreshing!
