VISITING PAK KHLONG TALAT.
Pak Khlong Talat (Thai: ปากคลองตลาด, pronounced [pàːk kʰlɔ̄ːŋ tā.làːt]) is a market in Wang Burapha Phirom Subdistrict, Phra Nakhon District, Bangkok, Thailand, that sells flowers, fruits, and vegetables. It is the primary flower market of Bangkok and has been cited as a "place of symbolic value" to Bangkok residents.
It is on Chak Phet Road and adjacent side-streets, close to Memorial Bridge.
Though the market is open 24 hours, it is busiest before dawn, when boats and trucks arrive with flowers from nearby provinces.

Walking around Pak Khlong Talat 1 Day trip
#One-day trip plan
Who is looking for a relaxing holiday destination in Bangkok? Today, we will take you to Pak Khlong Talat, a super chic place for teenagers. Let's go! We traveled by MRT, exit 4, crossed the street on the right side and you'll arrive.
There are flower shops on both sides of the street. Choose the one you like. On the day we went, we walked around for a while until we got a bunch of carnations. Let me tell you that the price is very affordable. If you keep walking, you must not miss this shop. Por Bakery and the legendary Hong Eclairs. The taste is good. Anyone who goes to Pak Khlong Talat must not miss it.

[Bangkok] Experience a flower bath at an affordable price!
Pak Khlong Flower Market is a fresh flower market located along the Chao Phraya River.
It is a spot where you can buy beautiful flowers with over 100 stores lined up.
My recommendation is to buy fresh flowers here and enjoy a flower bath in the hotel bath❤️
It is self-service so you can choose flowers of your favorite color.
Many of the staff do not speak English, but they were very kind to me.
I bought flowers here and enjoyed a flower bath by floating them in the hotel bathtub!
Flower petals can be purchased from around 10 baht (about 40 yen)!
All you have to do is scatter the petals and let them float in the bath, so please give it a try✨

Farm to table
Farm to table organic cafe near Pak Khlong Talat Market and MRT Sanam Chai. There are both savory and sweet buildings. Today we have salted egg ice cream + taro dumplings (it's so good). Salted egg lovers can't miss it. And another menu is green tea topped with chocolate ice cream. It's the best. I recommend this shop. #vlogtravel #bangkokattractions #pakkhlongtalad #pakkhlongtaladcafe #mrtsanamchai #bangkok #flowers #Bangkok

Bangkok design week 2023
Last February, during the Valentine's Day festival
Bangkok Design Week 2023
came to hold an exhibition at Pak Khlong Talat
There were spectacular lights and colors. There were photos of the atmosphere of Pak Khlong Talat
It made it very lively. I have the atmosphere of the event at that time to share.
Where will this event be held? I want everyone
to try going at least once.
You'll get beautiful pictures and a good atmosphere as well.

Visit Pak Khlong Talat, it smells so good.
February is the month of love, so Pak Khlong Talat is especially lively. So we took the opportunity to walk around and see the flowers and explore the flower market at Pak Khlong Talat, the largest flower market in Bangkok.
Before Valentine's Day, the flower market is especially lively. Roses are arranged into beautiful bouquets with different prices, from small to large bouquets. Many young men and women come to choose and buy.
In addition, there are other flowers lined up for you to choose from. You can use them to worship Buddha or other sacred objects or use them as decorations.
Traveling to Pak Khlong Talat is now much more convenient. You can take the subway and get off at Sanam Chai Station. Walk across the street a bit and you will be filled with the fragrant scent of flowers.
For those who love flowers, you can walk around and shop until you forget the time.
Even though it is not Valentine's Day, there are still many flowers for you to do various activities. If you have a chance, try to stop by and take a walk.

จากฟาร์มถึงโต๊ะ farm to table
From farm to table farm to table is a small cafe, small coffee shop, but the quality is not ordinary. Anyone who has the opportunity to stop by to buy flowers in the old town area of Pak Khlong Talat should try the coffee, sandwiches, and organic vegetable ice cream from this shop. Farm to table is for health lovers who select quality ingredients from organic farms in Phu Chi Fa, Chiang Rai Province for everyone to eat without having to go all the way to Chiang Rai. Go and try it out!

i can buy myself flowers
Pak Khlong Talat Flower Market is a place that I like to visit regularly. Whenever I feel tired or bored, I will reward myself with flowers. Because the flowers here are the cheapest in Bangkok, lol. Buying flowers, taking a leisurely walk, stopping by to take pictures to make content, finding something to eat at a nearby cafe, it makes me feel much better. Don't let the holidays pass by without doing anything. It will make life colorful. And don't forget, we can buy flowers for ourselves. #Pak Khlong Talat #Flowers

A dazzling field of flowers
Stop by Pak Khlong Talat. Be amazed by the variety of flowers. There are so many beautiful flowers. The colors are really beautiful.
I intend to buy fresh jasmine garlands. There are many to choose from. Jasmine flowers are sold by the kilogram and already strung into garlands.
After getting the jasmine garlands, I walked around to look at other flowers. There are lots of bunches of roses. The yellow marigolds are very beautiful. There are many colors of orchids. I can't decide.
If anyone wants beautiful, fresh flowers, come here. You won't be disappointed.

Flower Market in Bangkok
Flower market. What can be interesting in it? - you can ask. But here, in Bangkok, it became a very famous touristic place. Lots of people come here to enjoy the natural beauty, and admire all kinds of flowers. It’s not a regular flower market. Here people buy flowers for religious purposes, like a tribute to Gods. It’s very interesting how regular flowers become the masterpieces in sellers hands. They make flower bracelets, necklaces, ets.
Like a part of flower market there is a fruit market too. There you can try different kids of fruit. I’m sure you will find lots of unknown fruit there:)
How to get there- subway, Sanam Chai station.

Bustling local flower and fruit market. Predominantly for temple/shrines. It's great to see a slice of local life and everyone is so friendly. Some bargains to be had too and don't forget to negotiate. When finished can get the bus or the boat

Let's go for a walk at Pak Khlong Talat
In addition to inviting you to buy flowers, this time we will invite you to have coffee together. 🌻☕
Sunflower / ſ
☕A small cafe hidden in the Pak Khlong Talat area.
The shop is open only on Saturdays.
The main menu of the shop is drip coffee, with beans for us to choose to try according to our preferences.
Inside the shop, in addition to being a cafe, some are also studios or workshops, depending on the occasion.
Finally, if anyone passes by Pak Khlong on Saturday,
We recommend trying a good cup of coffee. It's not bad at all.
🌷For those who want to buy flowers,
We recommend going at night because in addition to finding a parking spot, there will be more flowers to choose from. There will be many more beautiful flowers than during the day.

Floral Cafe'
If you don't know where to go, I would like to recommend a very cool flower café in Pak Khlong Talat, "Floral café at Napasorn". The shop is not very big but the decoration is super cute and vintage. When you enter, it's like a different world from the one you just walked on the sidewalk, lol. Inside the shop, there are vases decorating the house. On the 3rd floor, there is a café. The homemade ice cream is very delicious and refreshing. If you are not going to the province, bring your lover to pretend to buy flowers in Pak Khlong and bring them to sip tea and enjoy the view here. It's also great. Let me repeat that it will open at the end of this year.

Salmon by
Salmon by the Chao Phraya River is a perfect match for the atmosphere of water filling the banks. Look left and you'll see the Phutthamonthon Bridge. Look right and you'll see Wat Khrueawan. A little further on, you'll see the Old Palace or the Naval Ship, Santa Cruz Church, right in front of you. Not long after, there will be a tugboat carrying sand, running against the long-tail boats taking tourists along the branch canals. I promise I'll definitely come back again. Now that you know the location, it's convenient to get there by MRT. Get off at Sanam Chai Station and walk behind Pak Khlong Market. See you there.

Pak Khlong Talat, a source of beautiful flowers
If anyone wants to buy flowers, "Pak Khlong Talat" is always the number 1 choice because there are many types of flowers to choose from. It is also another charm of Bangkok that tourists love and want to experience. "Pak Khlong Talat" is a large fresh flower trading center in the country and the 4th largest in the world. Located in Phra Nakhon District, there is trading 24 hours a day. This area has been open for a long time since the Thonburi period, which was an important trading point at that time because it is next to the Chao Phraya River and has many canals connecting to the inner area. Anyone who wants beautiful flowers at a cheap price must come here. "Pak Khlong Talat"

Bangkok's best places to visit - Pak Khlong Talat Flower Market
You can be romantic in Bangkok without spending a fortune!
Pak Khlong Flower Market is the largest wholesale flower market in Bangkok, close to the Bangkok Memorial Bridge.
It is a 3-minute walk from MRT Sanam Chai Station.
The entire market and the adjacent streets are lined with various flower shops, each with its own characteristics! The price of a large bouquet of flowers in the market is often only ฿50. If you want a more diverse or designed bouquet, it is recommended to go to a flower shop with a storefront and freezer.
Recommended stores:
/World Flower: One of the largest flower shops on the main street, with a wide variety of flowers, including imported tulips! If you have a picture of a bouquet you like, you can provide it to them and they will customize the bouquet based on the photo! One-stop service from flower selection to flower arrangement.
/Cupid Bloom: Unlike other flower shops that sell flowers in bunches, this shop sells flowers individually, which is suitable for those who like to buy a small amount but a variety of flowers. In addition, the store thoughtfully provides a free DIY area, which includes floral scissors, tape, various wrapping papers and ribbons, and a simple packaging guide. After shopping in the store, you can create your own bouquet!

Pak Khlong Talat & Phutthayotfa Bridge: Classic and Popular Locations
When it comes to flower markets in Bangkok, Pak Khlong Talat is the first place that comes to mind. Known for its fresh flowers, reasonable prices, and central location, it is also close to Phutthayotfa Bridge. This past Valentine's Day, I decided to revisit and take a stroll.
I arrived at the market around 4 PM, which was a perfect time as the sun wasn't too hot. My plan was to spend an hour browsing the flowers and then head to Phutthayotfa Bridge to take photos during the golden hour at around 5 PM. The lighting is beautiful at that time, and there are usually a lot of people as well. If you're interested, I recommend visiting in the late afternoon for the best experience.
🚗: This time, I parked at Wat Liab (opposite Suankularb School). It's just a short walk across the street to Pak Khlong Talat. I parked for 3 hours, and it cost less than 100 baht. It's very convenient and close.

Pak Khlong Talat, from a wholesale market to a pleasant flower shop
#NewYearNewTrip In the past, when talking about Pak Khlong Talat, the image that comes to mind is probably a flower wholesale market with lively vendors. It was like a world for vendors only. But when I went back again, I found that the atmosphere had changed a lot. Each flower shop doesn't just sell flowers by the bunch or by the bundle like before. Instead, the shop is decorated to look more beautiful and inviting to walk around.
Each shop's decoration is unique. Some shops arrange bouquets with chic vases. Some shops have minimalist bouquets or even flower bouquets. Even people who don't come to buy to resell want to stop by and take a look or buy some to take home.
The feeling that I used to think that "only vendors can walk here" has gradually disappeared because many shops have opened to accept general customers. They offer flower bouquet services to order and you can choose flowers individually. This has made Pak Khlong Talat a check-in point for flower lovers and anyone who wants beautiful flowers at an affordable price.

Take a boat to walk around Pak Khlong Talat.
#Travel Plan Sharing Take a boat from Bang Pho area to Phra Nakhon to walk and take pictures around Pak Khlong Talat. It's an easy half-day plan for those who don't have much time but want to change the mood from the usual private car or train.
The plan starts from getting on a boat at Bang Pho Pier, any boat will do, get off at Saphan Phut Pier (fare is around 20 baht). Along the way, you will pass many places, sit and enjoy the view with a cool breeze. Then walk according to the map for about 5 minutes, you will reach Pak Khlong Talat. I just found out there is such an interesting flower shop. End with eating American fried rice at Sweet restaurant, which should be an old restaurant in this area.

เที่ยวเมืองเก่าด้วย GO GO BUS
I would like to tell you a story about my adventure on the GO GO BUS 🚍. We, who have been nicknamed the Lost-Wayers, traveled on ROUTE 2 today.
🚏Getting on the GO GO BUS 🚏
-We arrived at the MRT Sam Yot station at 5:26 p.m. and walked out through Exit 3 on Unakarn Road.
-After walking out, turn right. There will be a prominent GO GO BUS sign that will guide us all the way to the bus stop where we are waiting to board.
-We arrived at the bus stop at 5:28 p.m., read the details on the sign, and saw a QR CODE to scan and follow to see where the bus is now. This made me feel amazed. The app said that the bus would arrive at Sam Yot station in 2 minutes.
-The bus arrived at 5:31 p.m., which was only 1 minute later than the app said. It didn't matter to us. The accurate rate is perfect. You can trust the app.
-And then the bus left at 17.32.
🚌Inside the GO GO BUS🚌
🌬️The air conditioning in the bus was cool and comfortable. The air inside the bus was very different from outside the bus.
📢When we arrived at the new station, there were announcements in both Thai and English, covering all users.
📺There was a smart TV that told us which station we were at and where we were going, including a map showing where Line 1 and Line 2 stopped. This was very clear. We closed the map saved on our phone and looked at the big map in front of us instead.
🚮On the floor of the new bus, it was modern, clean, and had no trash at all. Forget about the old buses with pieces of chewing gum.
⛪While driving, we passed many temples. The view outside was pleasant.
💵Most importantly, it was free.
In conclusion, we didn't get lost!!!
Reviews from real first-time users like us feel that the GO GO BUS system is designed to be easy to understand, easy to use, and extremely convenient. Another thing is that we were lucky to get off the MRT station and then get on the GO GO BUS right away. If you are in Sam Yot And if the bus goes to Sanam Chai, we may choose other transportation methods instead. So I would like you to check the location of GO GO BUS at that time to plan your trip periodically.
Lastly, if anyone is interested in taking the GO GO BUS,
you can follow more information at Mayday.
The bus is available from today until February 23, 2025.
Time 11.00 - 21.00 hrs.
