The hotel beds are very comfortable, though the pillows might feel a bit too soft. Summer vacation family trip to a five-star hotel. We arrived at the hotel before 3:00 PM, thinking that the earlier we check in, the more we can enjoy. However, we overlooked the hotel's policy that check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM the next day. Despite this, we were able to check in early and leave our luggage. Silk Place Tainan’s swimming pool is located on the 4th floor. There is a huge sitting area near to the swimming pool. The seating environment feels like a family is gathering at a camp fire. There are grass patch on the floor to prevent people from slip and fall, there are also sun tanning chairs available at the pool side too!
