We all ordered the three course menu which is priced at £40. I had the burrata for starter, salmon as main and the dessert platter consists of three mini desserts. This Sketch brings together 3 different style areas, the entrance is the Bar (Figure 2), then the more casual the Gallery (Figure 3-6), and upstairs is the Michelin 3-star fine dining the Lecture Room & Library. We booked the Gallery this time (haha on a limited budget). Once you enter the door there is no stopping to take pictures, because really like everyone commented, every corner is full of design sense, even the washroom can be said to be the most imaginative so far (last one), as for how imaginative, we have been to know, keep the mystery and surprise, really Wow! The Gallery's menu (picture 7) is the most creative I've ever seen, opening like a greeting card, but only two versions, another 50+ £ dinner Set, you can choose 2 or 3 courses, we ordered two sets, order all the dishes on the set, and ordered a la cart appetizer, main course and dessert. As a reminder, if the clerk asks if you want bread, you have to think carefully, because you actually have to pay. . . But the bread tastes really average. . Serving was really slow, our appetizers waited a long time, and to tell the truth a la cart really beat the set in terms of presentation, portion or most importantly flavor, especially the French snail (picture 9), handled not as greasy as traditional. For the main course, the beef was really not done, very tough, nothing like the medium we chose, but rather full, but the fish was done quite well. . . Dessert was average, lemon ice cream (picture 15) was better, milk ice cream was very ordinary. . Because no wine was ordered, and we were sharing, so 50+ pounds per person, a beautiful price! Also this time I happened to meet Mr.Doddle, really happy, he is super nice!

When I go to London, I really wanted to go to Sketch! It was because I could eat the afternoon tea set at the Pink Room🩷🩷 I went there with high expectations, but they guided me to a different room instead of the Pink Room, so I was like, huh? What the… It turned out that my British friend had booked lunch instead of the afternoon tea set🤣🤣 Our misfortune wasn’t over yet😢😢 My friend and I both ordered gnocchi, and I was surprised at how salty it was after one bite. Since Europeans eat salty food, I thought it was just me, but my British friend said it was too salty too😂😂 No matter how much we tried, it was too salty, so we both gave up after eating 5😖😖 While the two of us were debating whether or not to file a claim, a Korean mother and daughter were sitting at the table next to us, and my British friend said that her table also ordered gnocchi and wanted to ask how it tasted, so I hesitated and asked, and of course, it was salty… ㅋㅋ Then the staff asked us because we didn't eat enough, and we said it was too salty to eat, so they asked if we could change to another menu or refund us, so we got a refund, and our British friend told us to tell the mother and daughter table, so we did 🤣🤣 After that, my friend and I decided to order different dishes! If it wasn't tasty, we could eat at least one, right? ㅋㅋ Lastly, we went to the bathroom, and the interior was like a bathroom! Sketch is an interior genius! When we were choosing tea, the waiter let us smell both the rose and vanilla options. They were both excellent, and the taste was indeed very good! Their teaware had a very Asian style to it!
