#celebratewithtrip st kilda beach is a must visit if you have some spare time in Melbourne and you can also visit here as part of your road trip by planning it well and including it in the itinerary. the beach is really pretty and it’s accessible easily. you can take a tram here if you are not driving for a road trip. the beach is filled with people just chilling around and taking a stroll or even sun tanning. it is a fun place to be and the sea looks so nice and clean. there are also many restaurants nearby here to dine in and enjoy some drinks or snacks and finger food. they serve mains as well. overall would recommend to visit to relax or read a book by the beach.

#celebratewithtrip after visiting st kilda beach , I walked to Luna park which is an amusement park in Australia melbourne. however I didn’t go to the park itself and just took some pictures outside. you will need to buy an entry ticket if you would like to visit the amusement park. the exterior was quite welcoming and pretty. beside it there is a theatre called Palais theatre and the structure of it looks amazing as well. somehow it reminded me of europe too. would recommend visiting here at least once if you would like. and maybe try the amusement park if you have time as it seems to be quite fun and there was a huge roller coaster.

St Kilda beach hold a great memory in my university life many years ago. I had my tertiary education at Monash University in Melbourne. Melbourne became one of my most familiar and beloved city in the world. I spent five years there. Those days were the innocent days of my youth. A youngster in his teen who love the beach and feeding the seagulls whenever it was possible. A few years back, two bff and I decided to visit Melbourne for a week. One of the places that we visited is St Kilda beach. During old days there weren’t any colourful beach cabin. Pleasantly surprised by the site of the colourful and magnificent beach cabin. i remembered the day where I would stroll along the beach with my buddies and one of my great friend would normally prepared sandwiches and drinks and we sat on the shore and enjoyed the food. Those days my heart was also undecided whether to stay back in Melbourne and pursue of future there or returned back to my home country. At the end of the day, love for my birth country, led me back to my motherland. St Kilda… I will always miss you and also YOU… all the time

“Today I saw a red and yellow sunset and thought, how insignificant I am! Of course, I thought that yesterday too, and it rained!” Beautiful sunset + great company is the best combo🥰 The beach is accessible with public transport such tram. We just took the tram from the Flinder Street station which is located at the centre of the Melbourne city. The journey took less than an hour to reach the beach by tram and then you need to walk from the tram station to the beach for about 10 minutes. There were a lot of restaurants and cafe nearby the beach where you can hangouts with family and friends. Strolling along the beach during the sunset is great escape to reduce stress.

Wild Little Penguin St. Kilda Beach at St Kilda Beach

Many people come to Melbourne and always remember to visit the world's smallest penguin on Phillip Island, which is not close to Melbourne, but they don't know that this may be a far-sighted approach. St Kilda Beach is located near the CBD of Melbourne. It is a popular place for leisure and entertainment in Melbourne. In addition to the high-end features of the marina, you can also swim, surf, hang gliding, catering and other activities. Phillip Island is far away and has to pay to visit the little penguin, but still can't take pictures, but this beach doesn't cost anything, except for parking fees (so it is recommended to take a ride), and you can take pictures at will. Of course, as a responsible traveler, it is important to know that the little penguin's eyes can't stand the flash and blind, we must remember to turn off the flash before pressing the shutter! ! ! #australiatrip For our wedding anniversary trip, we took a short trip to Melbourne. It was in September so it was still pretty chilly which was a nice escape from the tropical heat. We stayed at St Kilda for the first half of the trip just to get away from city life. Our hotel was walking distance to the beach and the pier so it was nice to be able to just walk around everywhere. You can actually observe a colony of little penguins at St Kilda Pier and Breakwater in the evenings. We couldn’t take flash photography and it was pretty dark in the evening so we didn’t get to snap many photos unfortunately. In the day, we took a stroll to the beach and had lunch at Donovan’s which had a lovely terrace facing the water. We were seated at a table next to the window with ocean views so that was nice! The menu was comfort Australian food and it was delicious. There were so many lovely little restaurants at St Kilda so my husband and I were spoilt for choice. We love Italian food so we had pizza at a quaint Italian joint, Topolino’s. Following that was coffee and chocolate tart at another Italian restaurant, Cafe Di Stasio. Melbourne has lovely markets and we visited South Melbourne Market and the oldest market in Melbourne, Queen Victoria Market. We usually tend to visit malls so these bustling vintage markets with a huge array of food and retail options was something we massively enjoyed. One of the things you will notice about Melbourne is the street art and one of the places that you’ll get to see these vibrant artworks is Hosier Lane. Graffiti, usually frowned upon in other cities is celebrated here, and as it should! These street artworks are so gorgeous and the bright splashes of colour add a vibrancy to an otherwise average alley. Though it was a short holiday, we thoroughly enjoyed Melbourne and it was a nice and relaxing escape from the tropical heat of Singapore. #travel #couplestrip #thingstodo

St Beach in summer evening is one of the beautiful features of Melbourne. St Kilda is claiming back a lot of old memories at least. Amazing sunset at St Kilda’s Pier witnessed at about 8pm on a breezy summer night. Breathtaking. Afterwards you can take 96 tram back to the city. Highly recommended experience to take a stroll in this area, connected all the way to Brighton Beach. Wide walking paths with many walking their dogs or pushing their babies on prams, relaxing and scenic. Would do this again someday!
