Popular restaurants often have lines even on weekdays, so plan accordingly. 📝Final Thoughts Fukuoka and Oita are evidently very popular among Koreans, as seen during this trip. Next time, including attractions like dolphin shows, which are less common in Korea, might be a good idea.

This shop is located about a 4 to 5-minute walk from Yufuin Station, situated on Yufuin's main street, Yufumi-dori, which is easily visible. The exterior of the shop features a charming yellow and red design. Inside, there is a counter and seating area, decorated with cow sculptures and other ornaments. The owner of the shop comes from a ranch and uses ingredients from their own farm to make soft-serve ice cream and puddings, among other desserts. Feeling a bit peckish, I decided to try their milk ice cream. It had a refreshing taste and a rich, creamy flavor. Even the cone at the bottom was surprisingly delicious.

At the end of April 2025, we went to the crowded Yufuin and bought some snacks such as croquettes, fried chicken and half-baked cakes along the way on Yunotsubo Street. I already knew that this was a very popular tourist attraction. But I really didn’t expect there to be so many people. The original plan was to go here on Friday. Then go to Oita and Beppu on the east side of Kyushu. As a result, when I went to the station to reserve a seat with the JR Kitakyushu Pass, I was dumbfounded. I knew it was difficult to reserve a seat for the express train. Choose to go on weekdays, and go to Kumamoto and Amakusa on Saturdays. There were no seats at all. Yufuin (also known as Yufuin) is located in Oita Prefecture, Kyushu, Japan. It is a very popular hot spring resort in Japan.
