This shop is in Jordan. I happened to pass by and saw that it was doing good business, so I decided to give it a try. There are many kinds of dim sum, and the environment is also good and exquisite. The barbecue pork buns are well received, with lots of fillings and good taste.

The dim sum they made was not very good. They were all snacks for morning tea. The siu mai tasted very good, the shrimps on top were delicious, the rice rolls tasted very good too, and the shrimp and cucumber tasted first-rate.

The name of this shop is a bit hard to pronounce, but the food is really good. The pineapple buns look crispy on the outside, but they are actually soft and have small pieces of pineapple in the filling. The shrimp dumplings, chicken feet, and rice noodle rolls are also delicious.

I want to say that rice rolls have always been the same. The excellence must be won by the filling inside. This one absolutely beats all rice rolls. The shrimps are sandwiched inside, and the shrimps are wrapped in a crispy and delicious crust similar to the crispy and delicious tempura. The shrimps are tender and juicy when you bite them, and they are accompanied by a crispy taste. It's perfect! Eggplant. My husband never eats eggplant, not even a bite. He still had a headache after ordering it this time. It wasn't until I took the first bite that I was really amazed. The fresh shrimp cakes covering the eggplant were fried very crispy on the outside, and the shrimp meat was minced inside. The shrimp meat filling was handled just right, not chopped into shrimp paste, and you could eat the shrimp segments. Even my husband ate a whole one and complained that I ate the third one. The other custard lava buns were not amazing, but the pineapple buns were different from other buns. I was going to Tim Ho Wan, but my Taiwanese friend strongly recommended this restaurant. It was worth the trip. After checking in, I took a taxi here. The strange thing is that it cost 40 Hong Kong dollars to take a taxi here, but it was only more than 20 when we went back, with a starting fee. It's actually very close to Tsim Sha Tsui. Don't learn from me. Take the subway or walk. You can order two more dishes with the remaining money. I arrived at 9 pm and didn't have to queue up, which was very good. However, this restaurant is also very good. There are always customers and it is basically full. I guess you have to queue up during the peak meal. I ordered the highly recommended fresh shrimp crispy rice rolls, pineapple buns, shrimp dumplings, chicken feet and eggplant. The rice rolls are super delicious, amazing, and it beats Tim Ho Wan's. The pineapple buns are also very unique, with real pineapple particles in them. The chicken feet are also very delicious, crispy and sticky without being too soft to ruin the taste. I personally think they are better than Tim Ho Wan's. My mother has never eaten Tim Ho Wan's, and she thinks it is better than the ones she has eaten in Shanghai. But it's not as good as Hong Kong Daoxiang. The shrimp dumplings were good, but I've never had bad shrimp dumplings in Hong Kong. The eggplant in the braised sauce was very unique, with shrimp on top and eggplant on the bottom. The eggplant was a little raw and tasted a little bland. 5 dim sum, plus tea, cost a total of HK$123. It was just right for two people. How should I put it? They are both recommended by Michelin, which doesn't mean that Dim Sum is better than Tim Ho Wan. It can only be said that each has its own strengths. The important thing to say at the end is that you can get a 30% discount at Dim Sum if you eat from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm on weekdays.

Octopus meat patty rice: It is very fragrant, you can eat the octopus in the meat patty, the rice is moderately soft and hard, and I can eat two bowls with soy sauce! Beef cypress leaf: slightly spicy and tasty, but it is a bit hard to chew because it is too big. In general, I still like this one. Two people are very full at 💰60 per person. The more people, the cheaper it is.

We highly recommend their shiitake mushroom and chicken rice (a must-try. Don't forget to add the soy sauce that comes with it to the rice and stir it. Living in Jordan is very suitable. It is not as overly complicated as Tsim Sha Tsui, but it is a favorite place for gourmet shops, and the environment is much better than that of Mong Kok and Sham Shui Po.
