Morton's The Steakhouse

For steak, I ordered porterhouse and five peppercorn, both are their signature dishes. I prefer porterhouse! Very tender and tasty! Friends who don't eat much can just order this, but we both have big appetites so we ordered two [laugh cry] Truffle fries is neither good nor bad Dessert chocolate lava is worth a try, but it's not the best in Singapore hahahahahaha

The steak in this restaurant is good, but there is nothing amazing about it. However, not every table orders steak. Every table orders soufflé, so I ordered one as well. The freshly baked soufflé was great.

We arrived at about 8:30 and had to wait for a table. There were some Japanese people in front of us, and the front desk asked if we could sit at the bar without waiting, which we gladly accepted. The bar chairs were just a little higher. We ordered fillet steak and ribeye steak, both were medium rare, very delicious, and a salad for the starter, which was super delicious. The recommended cream soup was not very tasty, and it felt like there was too much cheese in it. The service was very good, and they would ask how the taste was after each dish was served, and they were also very diligent in clearing the empty plates.

We booked very early, the steak and seafood are very delicious, and the restaurant environment is also very good. Although the oyster is recommended, it has been not used to eating. We ordered other seafood and steaks, the steak was tender and the dessert was delicious.
